Article 8-2 (Restrictions on Registration of Manufacturing Business) No person who falls under any of the following shall file for registration of manufacturing business under the main clause of Article 8 (1):
- Where a person (in cases of a corporation, including the representative thereof) in whose case two
years have not elapsed since registration of his or her manufacturing business was revoked pursuant to
Article 25 (1), intends to file for registration of manufacturing business;
- Where a person (in cases of a corporation, including the representative thereof) in whose case the
period of suspension of his or her manufacturing business has not elapsed since the disposition to suspend his or her manufacturing business was made under Article 25 (1), intends to file for registration of manufacturing business;
- Where a person who intends to file for registration of manufacturing business (in cases of a
corporation, including the representative thereof) was sentenced to imprisonment without labor or heavier punishment declared by a court for violating this Act and two years have not elapsed since his or her imprisonment was completely executed or exempted;
- Where a person who intends to file for registration (in cases of a corporation, including the
representative thereof) is under suspension of the execution of his or her imprisonment without labor or heavier punishment declared by a court for violating this Act;
- Where a person who intends to file for registration (in cases of a corporation, including the
representative thereof) was sentenced to a fine for violating this Act and two years have not elapsed from the date the sentence became final.
