Where a person (in cases of a corporation, including the representative thereof) in whose case two\nyears have not elapsed since registration of his or her manufacturing business was revoked pursuant to\n\nArticle 25 (1), intends to file for registration of manufacturing business;\n2. Where a person (in cases of a corporation, including the representative thereof) in whose case the\nperiod of suspension of his or her manufacturing business has not elapsed since the disposition to\nsuspend his or her manufacturing business was made under Article 25 (1), intends to file for registration\nof manufacturing business;\n3. Where a person who intends to file for registration of manufacturing business (in cases of a\ncorporation, including the representative thereof) was sentenced to imprisonment without labor or\nheavier punishment declared by a court for violating this Act and two years have not elapsed since his\nor her imprisonment was completely executed or exempted;\n4. Where a person who intends to file for registration (in cases of a corporation, including the\nrepresentative thereof) is under suspension of the execution of his or her imprisonment without labor or\nheavier punishment declared by a court for violating this Act;\n5.
