MOA Announcement No. 1038 — 6 New Veterinary Drugs Including Cat Triple Vaccine and Pet Formulations (2026-07-06)
MOA Announcement No. 1038 (农业农村部公告第1038号) was issued by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs of the People's Republic of China on 2026年7月6日 (July 6, 2026), promulgated pursuant to the *Regulations on the Administration of Veterinary Drugs* (《兽药管理条例》) and the *Measures for the Registration of Veterinary Drugs* (《兽药注册办法》).
The announcement approves 6 drug products as new veterinary drugs (新兽药), issues New Veterinary Drug Registration Certificates (《新兽药注册证书》), and publishes product quality standards, process specifications, package inserts, and labels, effective from the date of promulgation.
