Caliber / how to read these numbers (snapshot-date + reported-not-causal): Counts are report-level — one ADE report may list multiple reactions and multiple animals, so figures are not additive across drugs or across years, and do not imply causation. These are spontaneous reports submitted to FDA CVM; a reported association is not proof the drug caused the event. All annual figures below are aggregated from original_receive_date (the date FDA received the report), so 2026 is a partial year (data through the 2026-07-30 snapshot).
Each line below is drug total N; YYYY: count; ... for the top-volume antiparasitic/NSAID active ingredients plus the drugs referenced in the drug-safety articles (gabapentin, sirolimus, bexagliflozin, dirlotapide, and the isoxazoline four: afoxolaner / fluralaner / sarolaner / lotilaner).
