- ES: *"Derógase la resolución N° 7.370 de 2012, que suspende en forma transitoria y como medida preventiva, la internación desde Brasil al territorio nacional, de harinas de carne y hueso de origen bovino y alimentos de mascotas que contengan dicho ingrediente."*
- EN: Resolución N° 7.370 of 2012 is derogated; that resolution had temporarily and preventively suspended the importation into Chile from Brazil of bovine meat-and-bone meal and pet foods containing that ingredient.
Why this matters
This short 2013 resolution removes a temporary sanitary ban on Brazilian-origin bovine MBM and pet foods containing it. It should be read together with the current base import-health framework (Resolución 1.233/2013) and subsequent contaminant-limits resolution (Resolución 7.885/2022).
