Why this matters
Resolución 2013 EXENTA is the first of two amendments that keep Res. 1233/2013 (the base Chilean sanitary framework for imported pet food) operative: it formally inserts the entry-into-force date (31 August 2013) as Resuelvo 5. The second amendment, Res. 3178 EXENTA (2020), substantively updates the microbiological-result reporting and porcine thermal-treatment provisions of 1233/2013 for African/classical swine-fever risk. (Note: Res. 7770 EXENTA (2025), also dated in this amendment lineage, is a separate, standalone SAG resolution on artisanal pet food and does not amend 1233/2013.)
