A violation-type taxonomy of China pet-feed administrative-penalty decisions, compiled from the in-repo cn_petfeed_penalty_classification topic (which classifies 8 provincial penalty decisions, 2023–2026). Unlike the FDA/RASFF hazard-based recall-cause taxonomy (recall_cause_taxonomy), this is a regulatory taxonomy: enforcement actions by provincial agriculture bureaus, grouped by violation type and anchored to the cited legal article. Every violation-type label is a verbatim quote of that source. This is a non-random sample of 8 in-repo decisions, not a national census.
