If it’s in production, does that mean we could be producing cans with a 3-year shelf life in December in the old label, knowing it could potentially be in-market for up to the 3-year shelf life? And once we get into January, we need to swap into the new, PFLM label? The recommendation is to not wait until the last day to switch over to new PFLM compliant labels. However, it is recognized that this scenario might happen for a few products.
Will the products on shelf in old labels be treated like unregistered products? They should have been previously registered. (see next answer).
