Article 5 (Transitional Measures concerning Imposition of Penalty Surcharges in Lieu of Business Suspension) Notwithstanding the amended provisions of the main clause of Article 26 (1), the previous provisions shall apply to the imposition of penalty surcharges for committing any of the acts under Article 25 (1) 3 through 19 before this Act enters into force.
ADDENDUM <Act No. 19752, Oct. 24, 2023> This Act shall enter into force six months after the date of its promulgation.
