Article 1 (Enforcement Date) This Act shall enter into force six months after the date of its promulgation: Provided, That the amended provisions of the following subparagraphs shall enter into force on the dates classified as follows:
- The amended provisions of Article 8 (4) through (6): On the date one month after the date of
promulgation of this Act;
- The amended provisions of Articles 19 (4) and (5) and 36 (3) through (5): On the date of
promulgation of this Act.
Article 2 (Applicability to Reports for Change of Manufacturing Facilities of Persons Who Have Registered Manufacturing Business) The amended provisions of Article 8 (4) and (5) shall begin to apply to reports on change of manufacturing facilities filed after the date the amended provisions enter into force.
