Article 27-2 (Construction and Operation of Feed Management Information System) (1) The Minister of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs may construct and operate an information system to efficiently conduct business concerning the stable supply, quality control and safety of feed (hereinafter referred to as "feed management information system"). (2) The Minister of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs may, if necessary to construct and operate the feed management information system, request Mayors/Do Governors, the NongHyup Agribusiness Group prescribed by the Agricultural Cooperatives Act, feed-related organizations and manufacturers, etc. to input or submit necessary data. In such cases, any person who receives such request shall comply therewith unless there is a compelling reason not to do so. <Amended on Feb. 11, 2020> (3) Except as provided in paragraphs (1) and (2), matters necessary for constructing and operating the feed management information system shall be prescribed by Ministerial Decree of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs.
