Article 15 (Restriction on Contents and Mixture of Feed) (1) The Minister of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs may place a restriction on contents of specific ingredients of feed to maintain the quality of feed and prevent environmental pollution. <Amended on Mar. 23, 2013>
(2) The Minister of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs may, if various kinds of feed are mixed, place a restriction on mixture of substances or feed that might degrade the quality of the relevant feed or make the
relevant feed unidentifiable. <Amended on Mar. 23, 2013> (3) Specific ingredients, contents of which may be restricted pursuant to paragraph (1), and the criteria for such restriction, and substances and feed, the mixture of which may be restricted pursuant to paragraph (2), and the criteria for such restriction shall be prescribed and publicly notified by the Minister of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs. <Amended on Mar. 23, 2013>
