Article 1 of Supplementary Provisions — Effective Date

Article 11 — Review Period (재검토기한)
Korean: 제11조(재검토기한) 농림축산식품부 장관はこの 고시에 대하여 2025년 8월 1일까지 관련 부서의 의견을 들어 검토하여 개선 등의 필요한 조치를 하여야 한다.
English: The Minister of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs shall review this Notification every three years from July 1, 2025 (referring to the period until June 30 of every third year), and take necessary measures such as improvement.
Transitional Measures (부칙)
Special cases (Supplementary Art. 2): Manufacturing facilities previously approved through documentary examination may maintain approval without additional on-site inspection, notwithstanding Article 7.2.
Transitional for export certificates (Supplementary Art. 3): Pet food may still be accompanied by the previously approved quarantine certificate format (under Article 9) for a transitional period.
Transitional for facility approval (Supplementary Art. 4): Facilities registered in the exporting country at the time of this Notification's effective date are exempt from Article 7.2 approval requirements until December 31, 2025 (for newly registering facilities that wish to export).
