  • Under Section 9 of the Animal Welfare Act 2006 (the Act) you must take such steps as are reasonable in all the circumstances to ensure that the needs of an animal for which you are responsible are met
  • (a) need for a suitable environment
  • (b) need for a suitable diet

  • Your dog is required by law to wear a
  • collar and identity tag when in a public
