MOA Announcement No. 923 (中华人民共和国农业农村部公告第 923 号) of the People's Republic of China was promulgated on 2025年6月25日 (June 25, 2025) and published as the first item in the announcements section of the MOA Gazette (农业农村部公报), 2025 Issue No. 9 (Serial No. 264).
公告主要内容 (Main Contents of the Announcement)
依《进口饲料和饲料添加剂登记管理办法》有关规定：
Pursuant to the relevant provisions of the Measures for the Administration of Import Registration of Feed and Feed Additives (《进口饲料和饲料添加剂登记管理办法》):
- 批准 韩国 EUNJIN 国际生物技术株式会社等 88 家公司 生产的 187 种 饲料和饲料添加剂产品在我国登记或续展登记，并颁发进口登记证（见附件 1）。
Approval: Import registration or renewal of registration was granted for 187 feed and feed additive products manufactured by 88 companies, including EUNJIN International Biotechnology Co., Ltd. of the Republic of Korea (韩国 EUNJIN 国际生物技术株式会社), and import registration certificates were issued (see Annex 1).
- 变更配方重新发证：批准 （西班牙）阿菲利蒂宠物养护有限公司 的 "爱旺斯幼猫粮" 产品改变配方，重新颁发进口登记证。
Re-issuance upon formula change: The formula change of the product "爱旺斯幼猫粮" ("Aiwangsi" kitten cat food) of （西班牙）阿菲利蒂宠物养护有限公司 (Affinity Pet Care Co., Ltd., Spain) was approved, and the import registration certificate was re-issued.
- 原证作废：原登记证 "（2021）外饲准字 897 号" 因本次配方变更而作废。
Invalidation of the original certificate: The original registration certificate "（2021）外饲准字 897 号" ((2021) Wai Si Zhun Zi No. 897) was invalidated as a result of this formula change.
- 企业名称变更：批准 9 个产品 的申请企业名称、生产厂家名称、生产地址名称变更（见附件 2）。
Changes of enterprise particulars: Changes of the applicant enterprise name, manufacturer name, and production address name for 9 products were approved (see Annex 2).
- 监督检验依据：所登记产品的监督检验，按中华人民共和国国家标准和农业农村部发布的质量标准执行。
Basis for supervision and inspection: Supervision and inspection of the registered products shall be carried out in accordance with the national standards of the People's Republic of China and the quality standards issued by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs (农业农村部, MOA).
