MOA Announcement No. 923 — Import Registration of 187 Feed Products from 88 Companies (2025-06-25)
MOA Announcement No. 923 (中华人民共和国农业农村部公告第 923 号) of the People's Republic of China was promulgated on 2025年6月25日 (June 25, 2025) and published as the first item in the Announcements Section (公告通报) of the MOA Gazette (农业农村部公报), 2025 Issue No. 9 (Serial No. 264 / 总第264期).

Main Contents of the Announcement (公告主要内容)
Pursuant to the relevant provisions of the Measures for the Administration of Import Registration of Feed and Feed Additives (《进口饲料和饲料添加剂登记管理办法》):
- Approval (批准): Import registration or renewal of registration was granted for 187 feed and feed-additive products manufactured by 88 companies, including EUNJIN International Biotechnology Co., Ltd. of the Republic of Korea (韩国 EUNJIN 国际生物技术株式会社), and import registration certificates (进口登记证) were issued (see Annex 1).
- Re-issuance upon formula change (变更配方重新发证): The formula change of the product "Aiwangsi" kitten cat food ("爱旺斯幼猫粮") of Affinity Pet Care Co., Ltd., Spain (（西班牙）阿菲利蒂宠物养护有限公司) was approved, and the import registration certificate was re-issued.
- Invalidation of the original certificate (原证作废): The original registration certificate "（2021）外饲准字 897 号" ((2021) Wai Si Zhun Zi No. 897) was invalidated as a result of this formula change.
- Changes of enterprise particulars (企业名称变更): Changes of the applicant enterprise name, manufacturer name, and production-address name for 9 products were approved (see Annex 2).
- Basis for supervision and inspection (监督检验依据): Supervision and inspection of the registered products shall be carried out in accordance with the national standards of the People's Republic of China and the quality standards issued by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs (农业农村部, MOA).
