第五十四条 / Article 54
本条例下列用语的含义：
（一）饲料原料，是指来源于动物、植物、微生物或者矿物质，用于加工制作饲料但不属于饲料添加剂的饲用物质。
（二）单一饲料，是指来源于一种动物、植物、微生物或者矿物质，用于饲料产品生产的饲料。
（三）添加剂预混合饲料，是指由两种（类）或者两种（类）以上营养性饲料添加剂为主，与载体或者稀释剂按照一定比例配制的饲料，包括复合预混合饲料、微量元素预混合饲料、维生素预混合饲料。
（四）浓缩饲料，是指主要由蛋白质、矿物质和饲料添加剂按照一定比例配制的饲料。
（五）配合饲料，是指根据养殖动物营养需要，将多种饲料原料和饲料添加剂按照一定比例配制的饲料。
（六）精料补充料，是指为补充草食动物的营养，将多种饲料原料和饲料添加剂按照一定比例配制的饲料。
（七）营养性饲料添加剂，是指为补充饲料营养成分而掺入饲料中的少量或者微量物质，包括饲料级氨基酸、维生素、矿物质微量元素、酶制剂、非蛋白氮等。
（八）一般饲料添加剂，是指为保证或者改善饲料品质、提高饲料利用率而掺入饲料中的少量或者微量物质。
（九）药物饲料添加剂，是指为预防、治疗动物疾病而掺入载体或者稀释剂的兽药的预混物质。
（十）许可证明文件，是指新饲料、新饲料添加剂证书，饲料、饲料添加剂进口登记证，饲料、饲料添加剂生产许可证，饲料添加剂、添加剂预混合饲料产品批准文号。
For the purposes of this Regulation, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:
(1) "Feed material" (饲料原料) means feed substances derived from animals, plants, microorganisms or minerals, used for processing and manufacturing feed but not falling within feed additives.
(2) "Single feed" (单一饲料) means feed derived from one type of animal, plant, microorganism or mineral, used for feed product production.
(3) "Additive premix" (添加剂预混合饲料) means feed composed primarily of two or more types/classes of nutritional feed additives, with carriers or diluents in a certain proportion, including compound premixes, trace-element premixes, and vitamin premixes.
(4) "Concentrated feed" (浓缩饲料) means feed composed primarily of protein, minerals and feed additives in a certain proportion.
(5) "Compound feed" (配合饲料) means feed composed of multiple feed materials and feed additives in a certain proportion according to the nutritional needs of farmed animals.
(6) "Concentrated supplement" (精料补充料) means feed composed of multiple feed materials and feed additives in a certain proportion, for supplementing the nutrition of herbivorous animals.
(7) "Nutritional feed additive" (营养性饲料添加剂) means small or micro-quantity substances added to feed to supplement feed nutrients, including feed-grade amino acids, vitamins, mineral trace elements, enzyme preparations, non-protein nitrogen, etc.
(8) "General feed additive" (一般饲料添加剂) means small or micro-quantity substances added to feed to ensure or improve feed quality or enhance feed utilisation.
(9) "Medicated feed additive" (药物饲料添加剂) means premixed substances of veterinary drugs added to carriers or diluents for the prevention or treatment of animal diseases.
(10) "Licence documents" (许可证明文件) means new feed or new feed additive certificates, feed or feed additive import registration certificates, feed or feed additive production licences, and product approval numbers for feed additives and additive premixes.
