养殖者对外提供自行配制的饲料的，由县级人民政府饲料管理部门责令改正，处 2000 元以上 2 万元以下罚款。
第五章 附则
Where an animal husbandry operator provides self-prepared feed to external parties, the feed administration department of the county-level people's government shall order correction and impose a fine of not less than RMB 2,000 but not more than RMB 20,000.
