第四十八条 / Article 48
饲料、饲料添加剂经营者有下列行为之一的，由县级人民政府饲料管理部门责令改正，没收违法所得和违法经营的产品，并处 2000 元以上 1 万元以下罚款：
（一）对饲料、饲料添加剂进行拆包、分装的；
（二）不依照本条例规定实行产品购销台账制度的；
（三）经营的饲料、饲料添加剂失效、霉变或者超过保质期的。
Where a feed or feed additive operator commits any of the following acts, the feed administration department of the county-level people's government shall order correction, confiscate the illegal gains and illegally operated products, and impose a fine of not less than RMB 2,000 but not more than RMB 10,000:
(1) Decanting or repackaging feed or feed additives;
(2) Failing to implement the product purchase and sales ledger system in accordance with the provisions of this Regulation;
(3) Operating feed or feed additives that have lost efficacy, become mouldy or exceeded the shelf life.
