第四十六条 / Article 46
饲料、饲料添加剂经营者不具备本条例第二十四条规定的条件经营饲料、饲料添加剂的，由县级人民政府饲料管理部门责令限期改正；逾期不改正的，没收违法所得和违法经营的产品，违法经营的产品货值金额不足 1 万元的，并处 2000 元以上 2 万元以下罚款，货值金额 1 万元以上的，并处货值金额 2 倍以上 5 倍以下罚款；情节严重的，责令停止经营，并通知工商行政管理部门，由工商行政管理部门吊销营业执照。
Where a feed or feed additive operator engages in the operation of feed or feed additives without meeting the conditions prescribed in Article 24 of this Regulation, the feed administration department of the county-level people's government shall order correction within a time limit; where correction is not made within the time limit, the illegal gains and illegally operated products shall be confiscated; where the value of the illegally operated products is less than RMB 10,000, a fine of not less than RMB 2,000 but not more than RMB 20,000 shall be imposed concurrently; where the value is RMB 10,000 or more, a fine of not less than 2 times but not more than 5 times the value shall be imposed concurrently; where the circumstances are serious, the operator shall be ordered to cease operation, and the industrial and commercial administration department shall be notified to revoke the business licence.
