第四十二条 / Article 42
已经取得生产许可证，但未取得产品批准文号而生产饲料添加剂、添加剂预混合饲料的，由县级以上地方人民政府饲料管理部门责令停止生产，没收违法所得、违法生产的产品和用于违法生产饲料的饲料原料、单一饲料、饲料添加剂、药物饲料添加剂以及用于违法生产饲料添加剂的原料，限期补办产品批准文号，并处违法生产的产品货值金额 1 倍以上 3 倍以下罚款；情节严重的，由发证机关吊销生产许可证。
Where a production licence has been obtained but a feed additive or additive premix is produced without obtaining a product approval number, the feed administration department of the local people's government at or above the county level shall order the cessation of production, confiscate the illegal gains, the illegally produced products, and the feed materials, single feeds, feed additives, medicated feed additives and raw materials used for the illegal production of feed and feed additives, order the product approval number to be obtained within a time limit, and impose a fine of not less than 1 time but not more than 3 times the value of the illegally produced products; where the circumstances are serious, the licence-issuing authority shall revoke the production licence.
