第四十条 / Article 40
假冒、伪造或者买卖许可证明文件的，由国务院农业行政主管部门或者县级以上地方人民政府饲料管理部门按照职责权限收缴或者吊销、撤销相关许可证明文件；构成犯罪的，依法追究刑事责任。
Where a licence document is counterfeited, forged or traded, the administrative department for agriculture under the State Council or the feed administration departments of local people's governments at or above the county level shall, in accordance with their respective duties and authority, confiscate or revoke the relevant licence documents; where a crime is constituted, criminal liability shall be investigated in accordance with the law.
