第三十九条 / Article 39
提供虚假的资料、样品或者采取其他欺骗方式取得许可证明文件的，由发证机关撤销相关许可证明文件，处 5 万元以上 10 万元以下罚款，申请人 3 年内不得就同一事项申请行政许可。以欺骗方式取得许可证明文件给他人造成损失的，依法承担赔偿责任。
Where a licence document is obtained by providing false materials or samples or by other fraudulent means, the licence-issuing authority shall revoke the relevant licence document and impose a fine of not less than RMB 50,000 but not more than RMB 100,000; the applicant shall not apply for administrative permission on the same matter within 3 years. Where losses are caused to others as a result of obtaining licence documents by fraudulent means, compensation liability shall be borne in accordance with the law.
