第三十七条 / Article 37
国务院农业行政主管部门和县级以上地方人民政府饲料管理部门在监督检查中可以采取下列措施：
（一）对饲料、饲料添加剂生产、经营、使用场所实施现场检查；
（二）查阅、复制有关合同、票据、账簿和其他相关资料；
（三）查封、扣押有证据证明用于违法生产饲料的饲料原料、单一饲料、饲料添加剂、药物饲料添加剂、添加剂预混合饲料，用于违法生产饲料添加剂的原料，用于违法生产饲料、饲料添加剂的工具、设施，违法生产、经营、使用的饲料、饲料添加剂；
（四）查封违法生产、经营饲料、饲料添加剂的场所。
第四章 法律责任
The administrative department for agriculture under the State Council and the feed administration departments of local people's governments at or above the county level may adopt the following measures during supervision and inspection:
(1) Conducting on-site inspections of feed and feed additive production, operation and use premises;
(2) Inspecting and copying relevant contracts, bills, account books and other relevant materials;
(3) Sealing up and seizing feed materials, single feeds, feed additives, medicated feed additives, additive premixes, raw materials for feed additive production, tools and facilities used in illegal production of feed, feed additives that have been illegally produced, operated or used, where there is evidence that they were used in illegal production of feed or feed additives;
(4) Sealing up premises where feed and feed additives are illegally produced or operated.
