县级以上地方人民政府饲料管理部门应当建立饲料、饲料添加剂监督管理档案，记录日常监督检查、违法行为查处等情况。
Feed administration departments of local people's governments at or above the county level shall establish supervision and administration files for feed and feed additives, recording routine supervision and inspections, the investigation and handling of illegal acts, and other circumstances.
