第三十四条 / Article 34
国务院农业行政主管部门和省、自治区、直辖市人民政府饲料管理部门应当按照职责权限对全国或者本行政区域饲料、饲料添加剂的质量安全状况进行监测，并根据监测情况发布饲料、饲料添加剂质量安全预警信息。
The administrative department for agriculture under the State Council and the feed administration departments of the people's governments of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government shall, in accordance with their respective duties and authority, monitor the quality and safety status of feed and feed additives nationwide or within their administrative areas, and shall release early-warning information on feed and feed additive quality and safety based on the monitoring.
