向中国出口的饲料、饲料添加剂应当符合中国有关检验检疫的要求，由出入境检验检疫机构依法实施检验检疫，并对其包装和标签进行核查。包装和标签不符合要求的，不得入境。
境外企业不得直接在中国销售饲料、饲料添加剂。境外企业在中国销售饲料、饲料添加剂的，应当依法在中国境内设立销售机构或者委托符合条件的中国境内代理机构销售。
Feed and feed additives exported to China shall comply with the relevant Chinese inspection and quarantine requirements; the entry-exit inspection and quarantine authorities shall conduct inspection and quarantine in accordance with the law and shall verify the packaging and label. Feed and feed additives whose packaging and labels do not meet the requirements shall not be permitted to enter China.
Overseas enterprises shall not directly sell feed and feed additives in China. Where overseas enterprises sell feed and feed additives in China, they shall, in accordance with the law, establish a sales organisation within the territory of China or entrust a qualified agency within the territory of China to sell.
