向中国出口的饲料、饲料添加剂应当包装，包装应当符合中国有关安全、卫生的规定，并附具符合本条例第二十一条规定的标签。

Feed and feed additives exported to China shall be packaged, and the packaging shall comply with the relevant Chinese safety and hygiene provisions, and shall bear a label that complies with the provisions of Article 21 of this Regulation.
