第二十五条 / Article 25
饲料、饲料添加剂经营者进货时应当查验产品标签、产品质量检验合格证和相应的许可证明文件。
饲料、饲料添加剂经营者不得对饲料、饲料添加剂进行拆包、分装，不得对饲料、饲料添加剂进行再加工或者添加任何物质。
禁止经营用国务院农业行政主管部门公布的饲料原料目录、饲料添加剂品种目录和药物饲料添加剂品种目录以外的任何物质生产的饲料。
饲料、饲料添加剂经营者应当建立产品购销台账，如实记录购销产品的名称、许可证明文件编号、规格、数量、保质期、生产企业名称或者供货者名称及其联系方式、购销时间等。购销台账保存期限不得少于 2 年。
When purchasing feed and feed additives, feed and feed additive operators shall verify the product label, product quality inspection certificate and corresponding licence documents.
Feed and feed additive operators shall not unpack, repackage, reprocess or add any substance to feed and feed additives.
The operation of feed produced using any substance other than those listed in the catalogues of feed materials, feed additive varieties and medicated feed additive varieties published by the administrative department for agriculture under the State Council shall be prohibited.
Feed and feed additive operators shall establish product purchase and sales ledgers, and faithfully record the name of the purchased and sold products, licence document number, specification, quantity, shelf life, name and contact information of the production enterprise or supplier, and the time of purchase and sale. The retention period of purchase and sales ledgers shall be no less than 2 years.
