第二十一条 / Article 21
出厂销售的饲料、饲料添加剂应当包装，包装应当符合国家有关安全、卫生的规定。
饲料生产企业直接销售给养殖者的饲料可以使用罐装车运输。罐装车应当符合国家有关安全、卫生的规定，并随罐装车附具符合本条例第二十二条规定的标签。
易燃或者其他特殊的饲料、饲料添加剂的包装应当有警示标志或者说明，并注明储运注意事项。
Feed and feed additives released for sale from the factory shall be packaged, and the packaging shall comply with the relevant national safety and hygiene provisions.
Where a feed production enterprise sells feed directly to animal husbandry operators, the feed may be transported in tank trucks. The tank trucks shall comply with the relevant national safety and hygiene provisions, and shall be accompanied by a label that complies with the provisions of Article 22 of this Regulation.
The packaging of flammable or other special feed and feed additives shall bear warning marks or instructions, and shall indicate storage and transportation precautions.
