第十九条 / Article 19
饲料、饲料添加剂生产企业，应当按照产品质量标准以及国务院农业行政主管部门制定的饲料、饲料添加剂质量安全管理规范和饲料添加剂安全使用规范组织生产，对生产过程实施有效控制并实行生产记录和产品留样观察制度。
Feed and feed additive production enterprises shall organise production in accordance with product quality standards and the feed and feed additive quality and safety management norms and feed additive safe-use norms formulated by the administrative department for agriculture under the State Council, shall exercise effective control over the production process, and shall implement the production record system and the product retention-sample observation system.
