国家鼓励研制新饲料、新饲料添加剂。

研制新饲料、新饲料添加剂，应当遵循科学、安全、有效、环保的原则，保证新饲料、新饲料添加剂的质量安全。

The State encourages the development of new feeds and new feed additives.

The development of new feeds and new feed additives shall follow the principles of science, safety, efficacy and environmental protection, and shall ensure the quality and safety of new feeds and new feed additives.
