县级以上地方人民政府统一领导本行政区域饲料、饲料添加剂的监督管理工作，建立健全监督管理机制，保障监督管理工作的开展。

Local people's governments at or above the county level shall take unified leadership of the supervision and administration of feed and feed additives within their administrative area, establish and improve supervision and administration mechanisms, and ensure the conduct of supervision and administration work.
