MOA Announcement No. 168 — 《饲料药物添加剂使用规范》(Feed Drug Additive Use Specification)
Instrument: 中华人民共和国农业部公告第 168 号 (Ministry of Agriculture Announcement No. 168, 2001), adopting the 《饲料药物添加剂使用规范》 (Feed Drug Additive Use Specification). ⚠️ Source-provenance caveat (honest)
The landed file is a trade reprint (杭州汇能生物技术有限公司 compilation) that reproduces, verbatim, the official MOA announcements 第168号 / 第193号 / 第318号 text. The underlying announcements are Chinese public-domain official documents, so quoting their text is permissible; but the *carrier* is not the official gazette. - Critical restriction on Appendix II: *"所有商品饲料中不得添加《规范》附录二中所列的兽药成份"*
— Appendix-II drugs must not be added to any commercial (off-the-shelf) feed; they are restricted to specified medicated feed under veterinary direction.
