PubCRIS Search Scope
The following fields can be searched in PubCRIS:
- Product name (产品名称)
- Registering company (注册公司)
- Active constituents (活性成分)
- Product category (产品类别)
- Active Constituent approvals do not have expiry dates
- Single keyword / multiple keywords / Boolean search (a "Boolean search quick reference guide" is provided)
Search Modes
- Basic search: single/multiple keywords → instant results
- Advanced search options: used to find stopped / cancelled / expired registrations
- Result sorting: click the arrows in the column headers
Important Operational Note (2026-specific)
> Note 2 (2026 renewal cycle): Product registration end dates are updated in July each year following the determination of renewal applications. In 2026 it is anticipated that some validly lodged renewal applications will not be determined by 30 June 2026. In these circumstances the product registration end date is automatically extended until the renewal application is determined. For affected applications PubCRIS will show a notional end date starting with 31 July 2026 and updated monthly until the renewal application is determined.
- 2026 renewal anomaly: some applications remain undetermined before 30 June → PubCRIS automatically displays a notional end date starting 2026-07-31, updated monthly; once the renewal is determined it is replaced by the actual renewed end date
- Note 3: product label renewal takes effect in sync with product registration renewal
- Note 1: Active Constituent approvals have no expiry date
