L-赖氨酸 — additive cross-jurisdiction identity
Derived crosswalk of how one feed additive is named and authorised across three jurisdictions. No claim of regulatory equivalence is made — pairings are anchored on the substance identity, and the verdict states where the definitions actually diverge.

L-赖氨酸: L-赖氨酸 is listed in 表一 饲料添加剂品种目录 (category 氨基酸、氨基酸盐及其类似物 for amino acids / 矿物元素及其络(螯)合物 for chelates / 维生素及类维生素 for vitamins), scope 养殖动物 (all livestock and poultry). _(src: CN 公告2045)_ - 🇪🇺 EU — Reg 1831/2003
(EU) 2019/1964: Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/1964 of 26 November 2019 concerning the authorisation of L-lysine base, liquid, L-lysine monohydrochloride, liquid, L-lysine monohydrochloride, technically pure, and L-lysine sulphate as feed additives for all animal species (Text with EEA relevance) _(src: EU (EU) 2019/1964)_ - 🇺🇸 AAFCO (US) — Ch.6
36.16Dried L-Lysine Fermentation Product: Dried L-Lysine Fermentation Product is the dry biomass product from the fermentation of Corynebacterium glutamicum on an appropriate nutrient media and stabilized in accordance with good manufacturing practices. _(src: AAFCO OP 2024 Ch.6, code 36.16)_
Crosswalk verdict
CN 公告2045 and EU 2019/1964 both authorise L-lysine (monohydrochloride / sulphate / liquid base) for all animal species. AAFCO OP 2024 Ch.6 defines the same substance as Dried/Liquid L-Lysine Fermentation Product (36.16/36.17), a fermentation product of Corynebacterium glutamicum. Substance class aligns across all three; AAFCO frames it as a fermentation biomass, EU/CN as the purified amino acid.
