Washington State (WSDA) pet food defined ingredients — chapter 16-252 WAC
华盛顿州没有单独发布的原料定义 PDF：WSDA 通过 WAC 16-252-006(2) 援引采用 AAFCO Official Publication (OP) 作为宠物食品原料定义清单。2018 版规则（WSR 18-21-191，2018-10-24 提交、2018-11-24 生效）采用 AAFCO OP 2018 版；2025-06-06 CR-103 改为采用 AAFCO OP 2025 版。
Key ingredient rules (WAC 16-252-064, real text from CR-103):
- 原料名须按 AAFCO OP 或 Common Food Index 中的 Official Feed Terms / Common or Usual Ingredient Names / Ingredient Definitions 标示；无 AAFCO 定义者用 common or usual name。
- 无官方定义时可用 AAFCO tentative definition (16-252-064(5))。
- 原料按降序重量排列；维生素/矿物质预混料可以 "vitamins"/"minerals" + 括号列示。
- 禁止 collective terms（与畜禽饲料 16-250 不同）。
- meat/meat by-products 须注明动物种属，除非来自牛羊猪；poultry 须注明种属，除非来自鸡鸭鹅火鸡等（例：鹿肉标 "venison"）。
- 鱼/fish meal 可用 "fish" 或 FDA Seafood List 的市场名。
- "sugar" 仅指蔗糖（21 CFR）。
- ingredient statement 中禁止品牌/商品名、禁止 quality/grade 修饰。
- 有 21/9 CFR 标准身份的成分须按对应法规标示。
