This matches the regulatory expectation that metal and POP contamination is typically intercepted at EU border inspection under Reg 1881/2006 setting maximum levels, and that Salmonella is the dominant microbiological hazard for raw and processed pet food.
Notes on parsing: only subject substring matching is possible; the dataset has no separate hazards array. The single dioxin record's full classification and origin can be retrieved by filtering classification=alert plus subject contains "dioxin".
