Crosswalk verdict
Taurine is an additive, not a feed-ingredient-catalogue entry. AAFCO lists it in Ch.6 (as a feed ingredient/additive); CN lists it in the 添加剂目录 (2045). The EU Reg 68/2013 catalogue has NO taurine entry — in the EU it is authorised as a feed additive (Reg 1831/2003). So there is no EU feed-catalogue equivalent to cite; only the additive framework applies.
