A person who fails to file a report with the Mayor/Do Governor, in violation of Article 9 (3);\n2. A person who fails to request a manufacturer to take corrective measures or who fails to file a report\nthereon with the competent Mayor/Do Governor in violation of the former part of Article 10 (3);\n3. A person who fails to employ a feed safety manager, in violation of Article 10 (5);\n4. A person who uses the title \"feed factory conforming to standards for the intensive control of\nhazardous elements\", in violation of Article 16 (8);\n5. A person who refuses, obstructs, or evades a feed inspection under Article 21 (2);\n6.
