A person who sells feed whose expiration date has passed, or stores or displays it for the purpose of\nsale, in violation of Article 14 (3);\n9. A person who violates a restriction on contents of specific ingredients under Article 15 (1);\n10. A person who violates a restriction on mixture of substances or feed under Article 15 (2);\n11. A person who imports feed without filing a declaration in violation of Article 19 (1);\n12. A person who fails to undergo an inspection under Article 20 (1) nor undergoes a test under\nparagraph (2) of that Article;\n\n13. A person who fails to comply with an order to take measures under Article 24;\n14. A person who continues business, in violation of a business suspension order under Article 25;\n15. A person who fails to comply with an order to take measures under Article 27 (3).\n\nArticle 35 (Joint Penalty Provisions)\n(1) If the representative, an agent, or an employee of a corporation, or any other person employed by the\ncorporation commits any violations under Article 33 or 34 in conducting the business affairs of the\ncorporation, not only shall such offender be punished accordingly, but the corporation shall also be\npunished by a fine under the relevant provisions: Provided, That this shall not apply where the corporation\nhas not neglected to pay due attention and supervision in conducting the business affairs to prevent such\nviolations.\n(2) If an agent or an employee of an individual, or any other person employed by the individual commits a\nviolation under Article 33 or 34 in conducting the business affairs of the individual, not only shall such\noffender be punished accordingly, but the individual shall also be punished by a fine under the relevant\nprovisions: Provided, That this shall not apply where the individual has not neglected to pay due attention\nand supervision in conducting the business affairs to prevent such violations.\n","sources":[],"tokens_estimated":1276,"generated_at":null,"tip":"Use /api/v1/topics to discover more topics. /api/v1/nutrient for precise single-point queries. /api/v1/cross_compare for 2-3 standard comparisons."}
