Facilities for analyzing general coarse ingredients;\n2. Facilities for microscopic examinations on feed;\n3. Facilities for analyzing hazardous substances;\n4. Facilities for analyzing calories, amino acids, vitamins, and minerals;\n5. Facilities for testing or determining whether a microorganism, a poisonous substance, or improper\nmatter is included;\n6. Facilities for analyzing organic acids, enzymes, etc.;\n7. Facilities for analyzing persistent agricultural chemicals and animal medicines.\n(2) Matters necessary for the method of designating a feed testing institution and the method of testing\nfeed under paragraph (1) shall be prescribed by Ministerial Decree of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs.\n<Amended on Mar. 23, 2013>\n\n(3) The Minister of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs may, if a feed testing institution designated\npursuant to paragraph (1) falls under any of the following subparagraphs, cancel the designation or order it\nto suspect the testing business or take corrective measures therefor within a given period not exceeding six\nmonths: Provided, That if the institution falls under subparagraph 1 or 2, the designation shall be\ncancelled: <Amended on Mar. 23, 2013>\n1. If it obtains the designation by fraud or other improper means;\n2. If it continues the testing business during the suspension period of the testing business;\n3. If it fails to meet the requirements for the designation under paragraph (1);\n4. If it fails to comply with an order of correction;\n5.
