Where a feed testing and inspection institution obtains designation by fraud or other improper means;\n2. Where a feed testing and inspection institution issues a feed inspection certificate stating false facts\nby intention or gross negligence;\n3. Where a feed testing and inspection institution conducts business prescribed in Article 20 (2) during\nthe period of suspension of business;\n4. Where a feed testing and inspection institution fails to comply with the designation standards\nprescribed in Article 20-2 (2).\n(2) A feed testing and inspection institution whose designation is revoked pursuant to paragraph (1) shall\nnot be re-designated as a feed testing and inspection institution for two years from the date on which the\ndesignation is revoked.\n(3) Where the Minister of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs revokes the designation of a feed testing\nand inspection institution pursuant to paragraph (1), he or she shall publish such fact on the website of the\nMinistry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs.\n(4) Detailed standards for the revocation of designation, and orders for the suspension of business and\ncorrection in paragraph (1) shall be prescribed by Ministerial Decree of Agriculture, Food and Rural\nAffairs.\n","sources":[],"tokens_estimated":1113,"generated_at":null,"tip":"Use /api/v1/topics to discover more topics. /api/v1/nutrient for precise single-point queries. /api/v1/cross_compare for 2-3 standard comparisons."}
