In such cases, the Minister of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs\nshall give public notice thereon. <Amended on Mar. 23, 2013>\n(2) Feed with its manufacturing process of feed established shall be manufactured, used, and stored in\ncompliance with the manufacturing process of feed.\n(3) The public notice of the manufacturing process of feed under paragraph (1) shall be enforceable 30\ndays after the date of public notice, unless there is a compelling reason not to do so. <Amended on Feb. 11,\n2020>\n\n(4) Matters concerning the procedures and methods for the establishment, amendment, or abolition of the\nmanufacturing process of feed shall be prescribed by Ministerial Decree of Agriculture, Food and Rural\n\nAffairs. <Amended on Mar. 23, 2013>\n","sources":[],"tokens_estimated":763,"generated_at":null,"tip":"Use /api/v1/topics to discover more topics. /api/v1/nutrient for precise single-point queries. /api/v1/cross_compare for 2-3 standard comparisons."}
