Glycosylated 1,25-dihydroxycholecalciferol\nfrom Solanum glaucophyllum extract shall\nbe orally administered once in the form of\na bolus with daily administration of:\n\nGlycosylated\n1,25-dihydroxycholec­\nalciferol from Solanum glaucophyllum\nextract allowing a daily release of 1580 μg of glycosylated 1,25-dihydroxy­\ncholecalciferol per day.\n\nDairy cows\n\n— Vitamin D3 (total) as Chol­\necalciferol\n\n— a minimum of calcium of 60 g per cow\nduring one week before calving\nand 84 g per cow until the end of the\nthird week of lactation;\n— a minimum of magnesium of 18 g per\ncow during one week before calving\nand 26 g per cow until the end of the\nthird week of lactation.\n2.
