Reprocessing feed / feed additives or adding substances (再加工或者添加物质).\n2. Operating feed / feed additives without a product label, production licence, or product quality inspection certificate (无产品标签、无生产许可证、无产品质量检验合格证).\n3. Operating feed additives or additive premixes without a product approval number (无产品批准文号).\n4. Operating feed produced with substances outside the three State-Council catalogues — 《饲料原料目录》, 《饲料添加剂品种目录》, 《药物饲料添加剂品种目录》.\n5.
