Where correction is refused (拒不改正的), the illegal gains, illegally produced products, and the relevant feed materials and raw materials shall be confiscated, a concurrent fine of not less than RMB 20,000 but not more than RMB 50,000 (处 2 万元以上 5 万元以下罚款) shall be imposed, and the licence-issuing authority (发证机关) may revoke the relevant licence documents (吊销、撤销相关许可证明文件).\n\n**Missing certificate or non-compliant packaging/label.** Where the enterprise sells feed or feed additives not accompanied by a product quality inspection certificate (未附具产品质量检验合格证) or where the packaging or label does not comply with the provisions (包装、标签不符合规定), the department shall order correction.
