on a feed label for a particular feed type\n\nTable 2\n: lists optional guarantees that may be placed onto a feed label, if certain conditions are met, that would not result in the feed requiring product registration\n\nTable 1: Mandatory guarantees\n\nItem\n\nColumn 1\n\n feed article\n\nColumn 2\n\n guarantee\n\n1.\n\nA complete feed\n\nMinimum percent of crude protein, which shall include the equivalent crude protein \n(ECP)\n\nTable note \n1\n\n content\n\nIf the feed is for feeding to ruminants, the maximum percent of \nECP\n\nTable note \n1\n\n from non-protein sources intentionally or purportedly present\n\nMinimum percent of crude fat\n\nMaximum percent of fibre expressed as crude \nfibre\n\nTable note \n2\n\n)\n or acid detergent fibre (ADF)\n\nMinimum percent of the following: sodium (Na), calcium (Ca), and phosphorus (P)\n\nIf the feed is for feeding to swine, the minimum amount of zinc (Zn) and copper (Cu) in milligrams per kilogram\n\nIf the feed is for feeding to sheep, the minimum and maximum amount of copper (Cu), in milligrams per kilogram if intentionally or purportedly present\n\nMinimum number of International Units of vitamin A, vitamin D and vitamin E per kilogram of product\n\nIf the feed is designed to replace whole milk, the minimum percent of protein from milk sources\n\nIf the feed is for feeding to horses or rabbits, the minimum percent of crude fibre\n\nMinimum selenium in milligrams per kilogram, if selenium (Se) is intentionally or purportedly present\n\nIf the feed is for feeding to salmonid fish, the minimum vitamin C in milligrams per kilogram if intentionally or purportedly present\n\n2.\n\nA supplement\n\nIn all cases where the nutrient is intentionally or purportedly present:\n\nminimum percent of crude protein, which shall include the \nECP\n\nTable note \n1\n\n content\n\nif the feed is for feeding to ruminants, the maximum percent of \nECP\n\nTable note \n1\n\n from non-protein sources\n\nminimum percent of crude fat\n\nmaximum percent of fibre expressed as crude fibre or acid detergent fibre (ADF)\n\nminimum percent of the following: calcium (Ca), phosphorus (P), magnesium (Mg), sulphur (S), sodium (Na) and potassium (K)\n\nthe minimum milligrams per kilogram of iodine (I), iron (Fe), copper (Cu), manganese (Mn), zinc (Zn), cobalt (Co) and selenium (Se)\n\nif the feed is for feeding to sheep, product\n\n4.\n\nA premix\n\nIn all cases where the nutrient is intentionally or purportedly present:\n\nminimum percent of the following: calcium (Ca), phosphorus (P), magnesium (Mg), sulphur (S),
