It may contain wild buckwheat and wild oats. The term “Grain Screenings” may be used for unspecified kinds of grain, or the predominating kind of grain (if in excess of 50%) may be declared as the first word or words in the name. It may contain no more than 6.5% ash. (Proposed 1989, Published 1992)\n\n\n### 81.2 Mixed Screenings\n\n are screenings excluded from the preceding definition. It must contain not more than 27% crude fiber and not more than 15% ash.
